1. Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items on clearance sale.
Products that have been damaged by the customer or show signs of wear and tear.
Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are typically processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@garary.store. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
